Never miss an email from SizeTracker! To make sure you receive all email notifications
from SizeTracker email subscriptions, please add notifications@sizetracker.com to
your address book, contacts list, or "safe" list. If you would like to change your
SizeTracker email notification setup at any point, just sign in to your account
– remove all notification on the "My Profile" Tab or manage individual brand notifications
on the "My Favorites" tab.
General instructions for making sure that SizeTracker is "Not Spam"
1.
Open your "Spam", "Junk", or "Bulk" Folder.
2.
Look for a message from SizeTracker.
3.
Open the message.
4.
Click "Not Spam" button at top of email.
General instructions for adding an e-mail address to your address book
When you add a SizeTracker e-mail address to your address book, it gets added to
a "white list", meaning you have confirmed that it you would like to receive e-mails
from us. Though every e-mail client is somewhat different, they all operate in a
similar fashion. Please use the steps below as a guide, and add SizeTracker email
addresses to your e-mail white list today!
1.
Locate the "@sizetracker.com" e-mail address you would like to whitelist; highlight
and copy it.
2.
Look in your e-mail client settings, or on the sidebar or header on the main page
of your Webmail client, to see if you have a “contact list”, “safe list”, “address
book” or something similar. Click to enter that section.
3.
Choose the "add a new contact" option.
4.
Paste in the "@sizetracker.com" e-mail address you copied in step 1.
5.
Click "save" or "ok."
Detailed instructions by email provider are provided below.
Yahoo! Mail
You can add contacts in Yahoo! Mail in two ways:
a.
Open email and click on "+Add" next to the sizetracker email. This will bring up
an "Add Contact" box that is pre-filled with SizeTracker information. Just click
"Save" to add as contact. (Note: this option is not available in Yahoo! Classic)
b.
Click on the "Add" Button next to Contacts in the left-navigation panel. This will
bring up a blank "Add Contact" box. Enter notifications@sizetracker.com into the
Email field. Click "Save" to add as contact.
Gmail
1.
Click on "Contacts" link in left navigation panel.
2.
Click "+" button in upper left hand of contacts window.
3.
Add SizeTracker Messenger and add notifications@sizetracker.com to Email field.
4.
Click "Save" to add contact.
MS Outlook
1.
Open email from SizeTracker.
2.
Click on the "Actions" tab at the top of the message.
3.
Hover on "Junk E-mail" and then select either "Add Sender's Domain to Safe Senders
List" to add all @sizetracker.com addresses OR select "Add Sender to Safe Senders
List" to add the specific email address.
Comcast
To add SizeTracker to your contacts:
1.
Click on "Address Book" link in the left menu
2.
Click on "Add Contact" at the top of Address Book
3.
Select the tabs at the top to navigate to the "Internet" page and type notifications@sizetracker.com
into the email field of the "Internet" page.
4.
Click on "add" once the required information is provided to add contact.
Verizon
To add SizeTracker to your contacts:
1.
You can add a contact to Verizon in one of three ways:
a.
When a SizeTracker message is displayed, click the "Add Contact" button in the upper
right portion of the preview pane. This will create a new contact and populate it
with our name and email address.
b.
Select "New Contact" from the "Contacts Menu" in the Dock.
c.
In the Contacts window, click the "New" button located on the lower left corner
of the Window.
2.
With options b and c, a New Contact panel with several sections appears. Type notifications@sizetracker.com
in the email field and save the contact.
